BuildAnswer AI ("we") builds AI product-support assistants for building-product manufacturers. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. If you email us, we receive your name, email address and whatever you choose to include, and we use it only to reply and provide our services.

Demo assistants

Demos are built only from information that is publicly available on a manufacturer's website. Questions typed into a demo may be processed by our AI service providers to generate an answer. Please don't enter personal or confidential information into a demo.

Client assistants

For clients, we use only the content the client approves. Conversation logs are used to improve that client's assistant and prepare its reports, and are not sold or shared for marketing.

Service providers

We use trusted providers for hosting, email and AI processing, who may store data outside Canada. We handle personal information in line with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and Alberta's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).
